Professional background

I have over 12 years’ experience working across a wide range of mental health settings, including:

• Low and medium secure adult mental health services, including specialist autism and learning disability wards
  
  

• Adult mental health residential community rehabilitation services
  
  

• Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), including Tier 4 residential service and an on-site school
  
  

• Sheffield NHS Single Point of Access, working alongside Crisis and Home Treatment Teams, and within the Emotional Wellbeing Service (providing assessment and intervention for moderate, severe, and complex presentations)
  
  

• Current role: Mental Health Practitioner for Derbyshire NHS within primary care, providing assessment and intervention for mild through to complex and severe mental health difficulties
